- The record
- Sixteen offers on the 845 Insulator Wax and not one of them is Collinite, by registered business name as well as storefront. They run $20.41 to $26.99, a thirty-two percent spread on a single ASIN, and the brand sets none of it. Two of the sixteen have decorated their storefront names to read as approved: "Less Is Always More AUTHORIZED SELLER" at $24.38 and "Homestead Supply & More" with a tick at $25.89. the listing
- Volume on this listing
- 1K+ bought in the past month at $20.41, so at least twenty thousand dollars through this listing, before 476s, 915, 850, 870 or the marine line. Amazon buckets this badge rather than capping it and the tiers run past 1K+, so read it as a floor.
- Offers on it now
- PEAKERT AUTOMOTIVE, registered PEAKERT DISTRIBUTION LLC, holds the box at $20.41. Then JBTools at $20.43, four at $20.95, and ten more up to Give5ToCancer at $26.99.
- Who decides
- Patrick Taylor
President. Mark Taylor is VP of Sales. Family-owned, no group above them to route around. - Who controls the account
- Nobody is claiming it. Sixteen registered business names, none of them Collinite or a Taylor entity, and no distributor asserting the channel anywhere I could find. Inference from the identity pull, not a statement from the brand.
- My read
- The only account that survives every check: money on one listing, sixteen hands on the price, brand absent by legal name, and an owner who can say yes without a board. One flag you will see before I do. Collinite sits on the same paint-protection shelf as Klasse, which you already run, and that is the one judgement on this page a pipeline cannot make for you.
40 of 169 brands had someone else on the Buy Box.I pulled seller identity on fifteen of them.Three were the brand.
This is the output of a job, not an afternoon. Thirty category searches went out as one run against the Amazon offer API with the delivery address pinned to your zip, the results were deduplicated to brands, screened against exclusion classes, and the survivors joined to decision-makers from a licensed B2B dataset. The interesting part is not that it found forty brands with a stranger on the Buy Box, because you can pull that yourself. The interesting part is what happened when I paid for one more field.
The field that does the work
Amazon returns each seller's registered business name next to the storefront name, but only if you ask for it. It is one parameter on the same call and it costs a few cents a listing. On the fifteen I ran it against, it changed the answer three times.
- "Horsey Power" is registered as Stoner Incorporated. Stoner holds its own Buy Box. There is nothing there to sell.
- "AutoForge" is registered as Robert Mckee Enterprises Inc. That is Bob McKee, who founded the brand and the parent of Autogeek. Both offers on that listing are his.
- "Detailers Finest Supply" is MIMAN Corp. Detailers Finest is owned by Michael Mankarious, who is also president of nextzett USA, and the brand's own site carries a Detailers Finest range.
Three of fifteen. On a name-match list all three read as unauthorized sellers with a founder to call, and one would have had you pitching a man to fix a listing his own company holds. That is why the 40 above is a ceiling rather than a count, and it is the argument for running identity on every listing instead of on the top of the list.
Clean on every axis
Real problem, one filter unresolved
Each of these has a control problem worth money and a named person to call. Each also has one thing the run could not settle, so it is printed on the card rather than left for you to find.
- The record
- Four offers on Reset, the 1 litre wash shampoo, and CARPRO is not one of them under any registered name. Three of the four sit at exactly $33.95, so a price is being held on this listing and the brand is not the one holding it. the listing
- Volume on this listing
- 2K+ bought in the past month at $33.95. Around sixty-eight thousand dollars through one listing, and the Darkside tire sealant is another 800+ a month at $24.93 with a third party on that box too. The largest number in the scan by a distance.
- Offers on it now
- GG Prime, registered BG SERVICES LLC, holds the box at $33.95. Premium Retailers, registered detailer's garage inc, at $33.95. autogeeknet, registered Vision Investments LLC, at $33.95. PerformanceAutoFinishes at $40.50.
- Who decides
- not established
Sky's the Limit Car Care LLC in Sanford FL is the US distributor. No principal I would put in front of you yet. - Who controls the account
- Unresolved, and it is the whole question on this account. Identity says none of the four is CARPRO, but autogeeknet is Vision Investments LLC, which owns Autogeek, and three sellers holding one price usually means somebody is enforcing it. Whether the Seller Central account belongs to the brand or to Sky's the Limit Car Care, its US distributor, cannot be answered from outside the listing.
- Fails
- Account control is unresolved, and an account you cannot log into is unworkable on a revenue share whatever the volume says.
- My read
- The biggest money on the page and the one thing the run could not settle. Resolving it is a phone call for someone who knows this category, or a Brand Registry check I cannot make from outside. It is here rather than quietly dropped because sixty-eight thousand a month through one listing is worth ten minutes of your judgement.
- The record
- Three offers on the Smoky 20 oz two-pack and the brand is not among them by name or registration. The pattern repeats across the catalogue: on the Honey 15 oz and on the three-sauce pack, third parties hold both boxes. Lillie's Q has no offer anywhere the scan looked. the listing
- Volume on this listing
- The two-pack carries no bought-in-past-month badge. The other two listings do: Honey 15 oz at 800+ a month on $8.70 and the three-sauce pack at 200+ on $25.68, so roughly twelve thousand dollars a month across the three the scan surfaced, none of it brand-held.
- Offers on it now
- DiyaMall, registered E-Rite Health LLC, holds the box at $31.87. Lone$tar Deal at $31.87, PRIMEFLOW at $31.88. On the other two listings, GrandioseGoods and WishingUWell.
- Who decides
- Brian Golinvaux
President and co-founder. Charlie McKenna owns it. Stevi Green runs national sales. - Who controls the account
- No brand offer on any of the three listings the scan saw, and no distributor claiming the channel. Inference from the identity pull.
- Fails
- OWS Foods bought the sauce business in December 2024, so the decision may now sit with the acquirer rather than in Chicago.
- My read
- The acquisition is also the argument for it. OWS bought this specifically to push into conventional grocery, foodservice and club, and a brand walking into a retail push with third parties on every listing it has is a dated timing record rather than a standing problem.
- The record
- Plochman's publishes an Authorized Resale Policy stating that a reseller "may not advertise or sell the Products online on any e-commerce platform, specifically including, but not limited to, Amazon, eBay and Walmart." Nine offers sit on The Works 15 oz. Eight are third parties, and one of them holds the Buy Box ahead of Plochman's own offer at the same price. their policy
- Volume on this listing
- 100+ bought in the past month at $7.60 on this jar. Around eight hundred dollars, which is exactly why a hero-listing screen would have thrown this brand away.
- Offers on it now
- Modernparty, registered Advantech LLC, holds the box at $7.60, with Plochman, Shop Avaaya and QualityEcomm also at $7.60, GrandioseGoods at $7.65, then four more from $10.77 to $14.48.
- Who decides
- Carl (Terry) Plochman III
President and CEO. Plochman is a US division of HACO, a Swiss group, so the ceiling on the decision is untested. - Who controls the account
- The brand has its own offer on the listing, so it holds an account and is losing the box on it. Stated by the listing, not inferred.
- Fails
- Unscreened at brand level. This run sized one jar, and a seven-dollar grocery unit clears a floor across forty SKUs or not at all. The catalogue was never counted.
- My read
- The best artifact the run produced, and the clearest demonstration of what a hero-listing screen gets wrong. A brand that wrote the policy and is not enforcing it has already decided what it wants. Sizing the full catalogue is one more pass, not a new project.
What the run would send on Collinite, over your name
The screen is half of it. The other half is that every surviving account carries enough structured evidence to write its own first touch, so nothing waits on someone composing one. This one is generated from the row above. It would go from a separate warmed domain, not from goldlabelsales.com, so nothing rides on the address your clients already reply to.
Patrick,
There are sixteen offers on the 845 Insulator Wax listing this morning and Collinite is not one of them, under any registered name. They run $20.41 to $26.99, so the price on your best-known product is set by people who do not work for you. Two of them have put words like "authorized seller" into their storefront names.
That listing moves a thousand-plus units a month. None of it is yours.
We run the Amazon channel for brands in exactly that position and take a percentage of what we put back. Worth fifteen minutes?
Shawheen Ahouraie
Gold Label Sales
Then the gate, which is the part that matters more than the message. A reply would be scored against the same fields on the card, volume, account control and who can sign, before anyone put it in front of you. A distributor-owned account or a sub-scale brand gets answered and closed without reaching a diary.
What I cut, and why
Every account that went to an identity pull and did not survive it, with the reason. Eleven of fifteen came out here. This is the half that decides whether a list is worth your calendar, and most of it is machine-checkable, which is the point.
- Stoner Car Care the Buy Box storefront "Horsey Power" is registered as Stoner Incorporated. The brand holds its own box. Nothing to fix and nothing to sell. Amazon itself is also an offer on the listing, and Stoner staffs a marketplace manager plus two ecommerce specialists in Quarryville.
- McKee's 37 both offers belong to "AutoForge", registered Robert Mckee Enterprises Inc. That is the founder. He also built the parent of Autogeek, and Amazon sells a Klasse and McKee's combo pack, which puts him inside the distribution family of a brand already on your roster.
- nextzett USA one offer, from "Detailers Finest Supply", registered MIMAN Corp. Detailers Finest is owned by Michael Mankarious, who is also president of nextzett USA, and the brand's own site carries a Detailers Finest range. The reseller is the brand's principal.
- True Made Foods a founder undercutting his own distributor by four dollars and still losing the box, which reads as a clean opening until you check for a counterparty. True Made Foods filed Chapter 11 on 30 October 2025, Eastern District of Virginia case 25-12269, after losing Kroger and Safeway. There is nobody in a position to sign a revenue share.
- Koch-Chemie USA both offers belong to The Rag Company, which states on its own site that it is "an authorized Koch-Chemie retailer" sourcing "through official distribution channels, not gray-market imports". Second-largest volume in the scan at 1K+ a month on $38.99, and it is the channel working as designed.
- Jescar the brand sits on its own listing at $52.95 and loses the box to Dealsupply at $45.00, which is a real control problem. Cut on scale at 50+ units a month, and Jescar is itself the US distributor for Menzerna, so it is a distributor with a distribution problem.
- Napa Valley Naturals nine offers and no brand among them at 200+ a month on $33.99, which is exactly the pattern. It belongs to Stonewall Kitchen, so the decision sits with a group that already has people for this.
- El Yucateco the real loss in this group. 600+ a month at $23.19, the box held by SDR Supply, registered SD Retailers Inc, and the brand absent. Cut because the company is Mexican-owned and every contact traced back to Merida. A percentage deal needs someone who can sign here.
- Edmond Fallot and Leonardi importer-held listings on foreign-owned brands at 50 to 100 a month, with no US principal I would put in front of you. Leonardi's box belongs to Sebago Distribution, which also holds True Made's, so one distributor is turning up across unrelated brands and is worth watching as a pattern rather than as an account.
- Sierra Nevada a mustard gift set with no bought-in-past-month badge at all, so the run could not size it and I am not going to estimate. Unresolved rather than rejected.
- 42 brands came out on size before the identity pull, on fewer than 150 reviews on their best listing, plus two cut for being too large. Lifetime reviews are the weakest field in the run and the first thing I would replace with a rate.
- Rao's, Sylvania, Turtle Wax and the other national names cut before the check. Their Amazon is already run by someone. Sylvania's Buy Box belongs to Pattern.
